Hotel North Park

I got married at this hotel. We had a 3 day wedding and the service was a nightmare. The hotel manager paid no heed to some of the basic requirements throughout. The property, though beautiful on the outside is not maintained in the inside. The wedding happened in the end of November and there was no hot water in the washrooms inspite of constant complaints. The manager Mr. Chauhan was ignorant and used swear words at us when we complained about the services. We somehow got through the wedding to eventually be insulted by the hotel owner, who was drunk in the middle of the day and threatened us to be surrounded by the staff so we couldn't leave the property. All in all, a pathetic experience. The owner and the manager were very disrespectful and non co-operative. Please do read and believe the reviews here, we made a mistake of not believing the reviews and going ahead with the face value and we will regret this.
