I went there to submit my matured policy documents as per the guidance by the Lic customer care helpline that you can submit the policy any where as just to facilitate the customer during corona as my policy was from Delhi branch. There is no information as to which counter you need to submit the matured policy documents so I stood at customer counter for my turn and after 10 minutes I got to know that for matured policy the counter is different.It was Ms.Arora desk and she was not there ao I waited for her.Finally she came and told me to wait for 10 minutes as it was lunch time and it will be over by 2pm.Then I was told that the scheme for submission for policy for other branch is till 31st March.I tild her that since the maturity is on 1st april and LiC communicates to its customers to submit the documents 1 minth in advance ,I fall in that criteria and tha same was confirmed by customer care.I was told to lower my voice and that she was entertaining me during lunch and twice she repeated it and I felt offended that I was the only customer in the branch for submission of documents and this is the level of services they provide to the same customer who pays for their salary.I replied that I have paid LIC money for 25 years and I can question them.To which I was told to submit the policy to dispatch department.I asked for who was the branch head and I was told that he is not available and she told me to speak the gentleman sitting next to her and she vanished.They tried to prove me that it was a procedure but could not answer me on on submission of documents in advance and I came back empty handed.I told them the same process in a private company takes 5 minutes and that they are not good at satisfying or help out the customer.I feel sorry for myself and for the agent who slogs to get a policy but the end result is pathetic as this is not the first case of customer service issue from LIC with me.

Nowadays insurance is must to secure our future from financially crises.there are lot of companies which is deals in life insurance but very small no of companies are trust able.lic life insurance is Best One.i have lic life insurance.i get insured five years ago.it is a 20 Years plan.there are no of plans in lic to get insurance.claim settlement and service support are very fast and quick in lic.there so many options to pay our premium in installments like monthly, quarterly, half yearly, and yearly it's your choice how you prefer to premium.staff attitude towards their customers is very positive.over all lic life insurance is Best and secure to get insured.nnI suggest all of u to go through lic if u are planning to get life insurance.

LIC life insurance is one of the best insurance company that I haved noties.I am using about 5 years ago.LIC life insurance is clear service to customer.This insurance have many range of plans for child to adults.It fast and very clear in the claims sattlement.This insurance understands the customer problem and clears the problem.I like because is insurance is online as well as offline.The premium is little more than other insurance company but it a long period company.Staff attitude is nice and mindblowing.I supports this insurance company
