Though i was not able make the trip to due covid situation. The assistance during cancellation was really good. Mr. Prashant Daroch helped me out with everything, i got prompt response from him before booking and even during cancellation which establishes trust with the company.nTrip was planned for Greece and got approx 65% refund in cash and yet to get some amount as credit( I will definitely update here for others once i get it)nI would for sure plan my next trip with them. I would also recommend this to my friends too.

First sentence- STAY AWAY FROM HUBHOLIDAYnWe contacted them through Trvaeltarinagle for a trip to Italy in March 2020. They were supposed to arrange the train tickets and Museum tickets during the tour. First of all the amount of enthusiasm they will show before you finalise the deal, you won't find 30% of that after you book the deal. IF you don't do your homework they will try to give you the deal which will be the cheapest and not exactly convenient for you. However, our trip got cancelled because of Corona Pandemic. After we cancelled the trip in the first week of March 2020 we constantly tried to contact them and at last in the second week of April 2020, they informed us that they are charging almost 50% of the money we gave to them as Land package charges and service charges. Given the situation that the Government of India had issued the travel advisory 50% of the amount cannot be justified by any means. However, they did not consider the same and said it is the final price.nso I would suggest NOT TO CONTACT HUB HOLIDAY unless you want to waste your hard-earned money.

Very committed service with proper follow-up. Service provided as per their schedule with a hassle free journey. The planning and timing by the agency was great. Accommodation was also good .nHighly recommended...

Update* 18 Feb,20.nI would like to convey my sincere appreciation to travel triangle management for helping me to resolve my cancellation request and getting my refund. Hence I have revised my rating from 1 to 3 stars. Had I have not gone through this, I would have not mind giving them 4 star.nnOriginal* (13 Feb) i have planned by itinerary and paid two instalments within 2 days. But due to some personal emergency I had to cancel my trip the very next day. And then my nightmare begin with these people. They themselves do not adhere to their own policy of cancellation and were not even considered of the traumatic experience I was going through, especially when my hard earned money was at stake. I appreciate the time and efforts given in planning my initerery and providing me with a visa checklist. But, that in no way justifies deduction of 9k for two day effort. Further, so called justification given was in name of their cancellation policy, which(i am not kidding) was changed as per their hub holiday owner discretion.nTheir employee shared a different break up of package prior to sale, for which I agreed. But, when I proceed with cancellation, they had a different breakup, which owner just made up and charged me accordingly. Moreover, in this whole experience post cancellation, for two days I was lied about my money being used to buy non refundable tickets.I was never shared any email nor any PNR number for such ticket. Eventually the truth was out (not at all surprising). They did not have any valid proof of any ticket booked. They eventually agreed to pay back my air ticket money back.nI understand company have a cancellation policy which is to save gaurd them for the time and cost incurred on behalf of customer. But it's only fair, if such policy also comprehend the stress and traumatic experience a customer goes through in such cases. Or make it part of your sales pitch with specific sign offs about cancellation procedures. This will make it simple for any potential customer to know what they are signing up for.nI sincerely hope that, hub holiday will take this suggestion in interest of both the company and any individual reaching out in future for their services. Make sure your sales representative, the company policy and owners mood are aligned. Plus a specific confirm from customer on the same, before you move ahead with my effort is done. And hopefully....hopefully Mr Amit Rana (owner) wiill adhered to it!!
