Surajpur Bird Sanctuary

This place is just amazing, far from the city but near from the nature. You can see different kind of birds, you can relax your mind here. If you're facing some depression or tension do visit this place once in your life. I love this place so so so much. Too many trees through many green tree just love it. If you near to Surajpur do visit guys. If you want to click photos aur do a photoshoot then also visit this place. They are benches so you can relax there.

Nice place to plan for a few hours in morning with friends or family. Be ready to walk if you want to explore the sanctuary. Cars and bikes allowed only till parking which is just at the entrance. No food stalls or shops. Advice to carry your own food but also request not to litter around the place. Carry your DSLRs with zoom lens to capture the birds. Cycles are not allowed inside. Though it's not written anywhere but the so called guards there don't allow, but they allow some of their friends to take motor cycle inside.

My Village school

A wetland developed as a bird sanctuary. Has parking and basic amenities. Faces rapid development and settlements around the sanctuary. Good for water-birds, migrant ducks and waders in winter, local breeders in monsoon (heronry).

This place is good. You can plan a picnic and spend some good time in greenery. There are lots for birds so must go with your kids.
