I get my amaze serviced in Gurgaon generally. However, this time around was in hometown sirsa due to covid. My experience was pathetic, no job card was done, nobody went to car for inspection and ask some questions. Used my car to drop me back to city 7 kms one side. Nobody informed about service completion. when called to check they said it was already completed 30 minutes back. I had asked them to prepare by invoicing and creating gatepass etc when I am on the way. However, upon reaching I had to litterly find somebody to give my car back. the person took good more than 1 hour to invoice and gatepass. Bonus: they have no credit card machine, I had to add their account and transfer the money in their account. Missed my doctor's appointment because of them, Given the car around 12PM and got it back at 6:00PM (they had a total of 5 cars in a day to service).nnI am never ever going to visit joy honda sirsa for any service or sales in future. If you are looking for adventure, do visit joy honda and have fun.

Nice company with good and cooperative staff.

After sale service is not good. I have purchased Honda Amaze in Feb, 2020 but till date I haven't received number plate of my car.

Pathetic staff.. No one to take responsibility of vehicle... My car's been for 20 days in body shop.. No work done..

Because i'm doing job at Joy Honda So i loved it
