Manali Traveller

I had 2 experiences with this agency! 1st, we booked a trip for Delhi, Agra, mussoorie, Haridwar, Rishikesh in 2018. Since these people are based in Manali, we hesitated to plan our Delhi tour via Manali traveller, but they assured us that they would plan everything neatly. The tour began with cigarette smelling bus that they sent us(they had shown us different bus while booking). The arrogant driver would stop in middle of the road and demand remaining payment to be done or else won't start the bus. But rest of the things they managed well.n2nd(Rajasthan Tour Jan 2021):- booked so pathetic hotels and the food at the hotels wasn't good except the chittorgarh hotel(which luckily we had suggested them). Hotel at Udaipur( Hotel Ardency Inn) was so pathetic and dirty, not at all for family stay, and the Manali traveller employee Mr. Vishal, was so arrogant while speaking with us when we complained about Udaipur hotel.nThe 2nd time was not a good experience. Their employee Vishal had behaved very rudely with us for petty issue of payment. Maybe he needs to be taught how to respect elders and his own job, by the owners of the agency. Such behaviour of him is definitely gonna do ill to your business. He better behave neatly with other customers. The only employee that cooperated was Ms. Anita keshi. She was so polite and we'll mannered. The only person that listened to us was Anita ji. I would like the owner to take this note seriously.

It was really a very good experience in Manali as well as Manali Traveller. Very nice people and very nicely managed my 4 days tour. Stay and Food both were very very nice. I personally want to thank Neha for managing the tour and making it Memorable for us.nnNICE WORK KEEP IT UP...
