Worst experience ever with any travel agent.nBooked tickets with them from Delhi to Manali they said we will be getting intercity smart bus with all the facilities but we got normal semi sleeper bus with no assistant and no facilities.Never go there book online buses atleast u will get facility according to you.

It is the worst Travel agency you can have in Manali. Booked a drop to Delhi through city heart travels but the condition of the car was the worst. It dint have break pad and break oil. Even after telling them we need a taxi for 6 they provided a 5 seater Innova. And the agent dint take responsibility of it at all. This travel agency is a scam and if you want to ruin your trip then only go to them and book your tickets.

This agency is a joke. We booked a journey from Manali - Delhi on this guy's luxury AC bus with water, blankets, etc. Firstly, the guy told us the private bus stand was a 500m walk from Manali we walked it in advanced and it happened to be at least double that. When we asked him why he told us the stand was just 500m away he suddenly forgot how to speak English and looked at us all confused and only spoke to us in Hindi - not useful when you're a foreign tourist. Anyway, the morning of the journey he calls us, and he's still forgotten how to speak English, to tell us the bus has been cancelled (luckily there was someone on hand in our hotel to help us with the translation). We did manage to get 100% refund without any hassle which was suprising as getting refunds in India can be like getting blood from a stone. Don't bother with this guy, just go right to the government bus stop and deal with them.

The worst experience of travelling.! Travel date was 9th April 2019. They offered us Volvo AC with luxurious facilities.. and at the last moment we were compelled to get in in an old, unsafe, non AC, no drinking water, no blankets, no charging points bus !nnMost of the passegeres started shouting from the beginning of journey. Within half an hour journey another vehicle cautioned this driver about some water and oil leak from back side !nnThe total journey was horrible.. nd driver and helpers were continually argueing with passengers.nnNever ever select this travels !
