Hotel is said to be a 4 star hotel but it can't even meet the standards of a 2 star hotel.nBasic amenities they can't provide like heater or a kettle and moreover a not even a polite staff. The staff and the receptionists are rude as if they are letting us stay for free. There are multiple options at this price to stay in manali go for them.

Just one word- POOR ❌nNo hot water and room service, In the minus temperature we were forced to use cold water. The very basic in hilly areas no electric kettle in the room. Hotel staff is not at all polite. The horrible experience was, I went to their common washroom near to reception and stucked there because it was not working and staff was helpless. What you can imagine in the beginning of your trip ? Limitations of drinking water, No Glasses and low quality food.nnI Won't recommend ud83dudc4eThis is just another 2 star property. Not at all 4 star

One of the best hotels in Manali to have good accomodation and to have a beautiful view of Mountains from the hotel balcony. Hotel staff is good and food quality also.

Inside interior is good but location drag downs the overall rating
