Sandhya Resort & Spa

A very nice place to stay in Manali, with good food and a view. Also due to COVID-19 the rooms and washroom was sanitized. Hot water is provided.

So I booked this hotel for my cousin's honeymoon, we saw that it is a 4 star hotel and the pictures of rooms were decent like you wouldn't say that they are too good or too bad.nnWhen my cousin arrived at hotel, there were group of boys vomiting at the reception area. The way the hotel staff was handling that situation was very poor.nnNow lets come to room, the room was not like it looks in the photos. It was not too bad, but not something you expect from a 4 star hotel. Next bathroom, there was leakage in the bathroom and the hot water tap was not working.nnThen the hotel manager suggested to change the room, they showed my cousin 3 different room of same class, but surprisingly all had issues with the bathrooms, the leakage and water taps.nnIt was quite late already, so my cousin shifted in room where he had the hot water available.nnLets talk about the food, they had buffet system but somehow my cousin convinced them to get the food in the room and as he told me, it was worse than the street food. He got much better food option at mall road manali.nnNow at the end, if you are choosing a destination for honeymoon, this is not the place. If you are just a group of boys and girls who are outing for fun even then its not worth of the charges. I am sure you will get better options at this price.nnSuggestion for Hotel's Owner, though I have already shared this scenario with you thru my friend but again, you need to know what is happening at your hotel.

Heater didn’t work 24*7 .And receptionists character very bad . (Only one ). Though they promised pick up and drop off from Volvo station, they didn’t do .Doesn’t feel the comfort of 4 star resort. We stayed here for 3 days Overall 3/10 .nDon’t recommend for Couples.nnFood is very good.(Morning and Evening)

Best Resort in Manali. Very nice staff and hospitality. Amezing Food. Very nicely clean Rooms and bathroom. ud83dudcaf% recommend this sandhya Resort.

Although I haven't stay in this resort but my hotel was in very close proximity of it... I entered in this resort with my wife to use washroom and we feel that supports staff is very nice and humbled, the infrastructure is marvelous.
