Absence of communication. No one should opt for this agency. They just make you lose you money like we did. I am totally disappointed with it. They show their office in different place actual place is more than 4hrs from manali. They change plans as per their wish without informing customer.

Worst customer service, lack of cleanliness.nThe staffs looked like they haven't bathed for many years!nI wish I could give this pathetic camp a minus rating
