Only a person who reaches this point after driving through Kaza, Batal chhota dara and Gramphu understands the feeling of reaching here. It gives a sense of accomplishment and relief after seeing smooth roads. I drove on this route in Sep 2019 in my hatchback car Ritz and it was one hell of an experience.

Two roads from here one is lehmanalihighway and second one is kaza spiti valley,Natural scenery and good environment here.

Very bad roads till Battle from here ,including chhota Dara and Battle.Road till kunjum are very bad after that road are ok till Kaza.When coming from Rohtang you have to search this point very carefully as only a small sign board is there that too also not on Highway.

The point where the spiti valley & Leh Manali highway meets. Left muddy road leads to spiti valley (chandratal lake) & the proper tar road is leh Manali highway.
