Booked a tour from them, before booking they pretend to be very helpful but after they don't care about you once they get the money, poor service and customer handling, you ask them anything they will say company will handle it or it is company policy. They don't answer phone calls and office is closednIt's better to book via local travel agents, who care for you.

Pathetic service, all the 5stars are their friends who have rated themnBooked tickets from them, and suffering for refund, no one gives a proper responsenEven customer care number is not working, its more than 1 month refund not receivednDon't book via them

Don't book from them, in the beginning they will treat you very nice but once you book then they will stop responding, no one responds on toll free number as wellnDon't book via them for your peace of mind
