Hotel is very beautiful and clean spities best hotel

The owner is nice but the caretaker (who clears dictates what goes around in the hotel is a sexist and arrogant man who clearly does not deserve to be in the service industry. My experience in Kaza was ruined because of this person, who clearly did not have the decency to even apologise for his misbehaviour. There was no water in the bathroom of our hotel room and when we asked what the problem was, we were accused of keeping the water running and I was yelled at by this guy for speaking, ‘despite being a girl’. The guy was drunk and misspoke for a while. Mind you, this was going on in the late evening. We had to lock ourselves in the room to avoid further conflict in the middle of the night. Awful experience.

Amazing Food and Hospitality!nWe stayed there for almost a week in February and enjoyed all the facilities like authentic and delicious variety of food, free wifi even running washroom. The owner is amazing to talk to and such a nice person and an entertainer.. Took care of all our needs whether we wanted to have non veg or momos or thentuk and other snacks. Warm water to drink all the time and neat and clean rooms and washroom. None other hotel provided us with wifi even if they did, the wifi didn't work. Worth the money.nHighly recommended hotel to enjoy your trip. It's just in the road side opposite to the Monastry. Loved my stay there. Thanks Aajo Ajay! ud83dude0a

I had the best meals during my entire Spiti trip in this hotel. The staffs are polite, courteous so as the cook. Rooms are also good. Bathrooms are neat and clean. Location wise also it was a good place to stay.

Decent hotel with nice and spacious room to spend night. Found the bathrooms to be very spacious and clean. They have geaser facility which is a life saver in the cold place.nRecommend you try their dinner menu as we found it very tasty and quantity was also very good. Prices are also very decent and even cheaper than local restaurants.
