Pls donot book this bus ticket. I've booked ticket from Manali to Delhi and on the day of journey in afternoon one nice lady calls from office saying that their bus had some trouble and being repaired at 1hr distance from Manali so we'll have to travel by Tempo Traveller upto that place. Then we were waiting first in Manali they didn't even opened their office for us to sit. After some time as passengers came, we found the passengers of other bus on same route. When we reached Bhunter, where our bus was reported to be repaired, we came to know that they've cancelled our bus and placed us in some other bus and there was nobody from the bus operators. Such false statements they've given. And also in bus they didn't take any care for corona virus... So please be sure before you book this bus. They've combined passengers of 3 buses into one and that too by fooling us. If they would have told us true reason atleast their image would be good. But on call also they told not to give bad reviews. So... Now you can understand yourselves..

I was travelling from kasol to delhi and I received wet seat and water dripping from overhead.nWhen I complained to driver he told me that he cant do anything about this.nWorst experience ever.nPlease never book from Holiday appeal, they are not punctual and dont care about customer service.

Reached Mcleodganj safely and on time from delhi. Boarding time was perfect staff was polite and professional. Services were very good, seats and bus accesories all were good.

This is the first time I have seen a bus management system which considers about the passangers. Had great time traveling from Manali to Chandigarh. Probably would prefer this bus in future.
