Dear sir,nI today visited the sec 37 CNG pump which is my worst experience ever.actually no car in que so I entered from entry line ,n.staff started misbehaving and threatning me. They surrounded me and started shouting. The manager does not how to talk to there customer. Plz look into it. It is a very serious issue.nnThis mail is for your information only.nnWith a hope that you will probably look into this and amend suitable measures for providing customers a healthy environment at this filling station, I would like to thank you for your time.

When I had visited on 12.07.2019 to Haryana City Gas CNG station sector 37. Mr Jitender had put CNG Pipe in my car for that pipe meter reading was opposite side. Neither He had filled CNG nor show zero & now he was showing reading of Rs 197 which he had filled in previous vehicle. When I had said that if your intention was not for cheating then why you had not showed zero reading then he was saying that he is not showing zero to anyone. Now he was saying that more CNG to be filled now this time he had shown zero and filled CNG for Rs 120/- He had taken money from me 197+120. I had complaint in their feedback register which was simple register. I don’t think they will show my complaint at any upper level. I am making complaint to escalate because they are cheating to public on daily basis.
