If you want to contact them through the Number given on the internet forget it the'll never answer it , as I tried to contact them alot of times but I didn't get any response.

Poor trained staff, no manners of dealing with customers, very ill response, no proper cleaning and maintainence of public amenities like dirty toilets, dirty water drinking glasses etc, and at last not satisfied with the service my scooty

Terribly sorry about this review, given it's one of the best hero service centres in Jammu but my experience has always been frustrating.n1. They don’t have an operational card machine. They operate solely on cash which is both technologically backward and fishy.nThey make you get cash from ATMs and then pay the bill.nAnd mark my words- two ATMs in that area, and both are inoperative half of the times!nSo keep your cash handy!nn2. They are never fully equipped. Even when you call them well in advance, asking for a particular accessory, they will never have it when you're there.n3. You give your scooty on a Friday expecting to get it back in the evening-not going to happen. They tell you to pick it up on Monday. So you go there Monday at 11 AM expecting to find it ready and clean, but what you find is your scooty lying there in the dust in the same condition you left it in.nApparently they forgot they had to work on it.nnGood luck with your servicing experience.
