Firstly I tell you about what happened to me .nI am a travel vlogger from jammu (explorer fukrey) .nnHow my pain occurred I rode from jammu to Dalhousie and then back about 350+ km same day,this is my first ever long ride in2018 and from that day onwards till December 2020 shoulder pain still occurs.nnI searched about best physio therapist in jammu and name occured dr.amresh singh jamwal ,I booked an appointment and in one visit my shoulder blade pain is quite over ,and personally speaking he is so simple and tells you everything.nI can't be able to ride my bike from such a long time,being a travel vlogger it is not at all good.
