Do not expect a 5 star ambiance/environment.nThe staff is well under-trained, restaurant service is poor. They are having just 2 brands of beer in their bar, Kingfisher and Godfather.nBetter not to waste unnecessary money by visiting in need of 5 star hotel.

Nice place. They have improved on staffing. It's better than my previous visits. But the food still needs improvement, especially main course and salads. Rest, its clean with good ambience. Should be visited.

We had a wonderful evening and dinner at Radisson. We booked the Gazebo and it was a good choice as the weather was really nice that night. Great food and good service. Options were little limited though, but we had a nice evening.

I visited hotel Radison and my views about it are; The best hotel in Jammu with regard to the service.I found here the best possible hospitality.The rooms are well furnished, finished and decorated with the modern gadgets.Fully and centrally Air conditioning system available offers a best conducive atmosphere to live in.The hotel employees are an example of excellent behaviour and readiness to work in providing the guest the ever remembering comfort.The hotel is at the top position of cleanliness and calmness and I felt just relieved while entering the main gate.The multi variety food served here is worth praising and one would never forget it but would try to get a chance to have it again and again
