I visited the agency first time for servicing of my favourite vehicle ACTIVA HONDA but I experienced very casual behaviour of staff who are involved in servicing Starting from reception upto billing VERY SHOCKING NO VALUE OF TIME

Service is not upto the mark.n1.When I call them neither they pickup call or if they pickup the call then they not handle their costumer patiently, they just said we are busy, call us latern2. When I go for a first service of my vehicle, they only change the oil or check other stuff,nThey had not washed my vehiclenSo, what kind of service is this! Disgusting ud83dude20n3. Totally Corrupt people .. puzzle their customers in documentations so that they make RC , insurance etc from here only ... It's good if u don't buy from there ..

Worst customer dealing. Staff does not have manner to talk to customer. Really dissatisfied with them. Better to go to lochab motors.

Extremely poor servicen1. Excess price of engine oil. Printed price on box is 234/- including of all taxes and taken 290/-n2. During third free services taken 130/- extra as labour charges for making extra issues in activa.n3. Washing quality is also extremely bad.n4. We cant stand near our activa during service so that we cant see whats fraud is going there.nnI will suggest everyone please get ur activa serviced from market that will be more better than these kind of fraud honda activa service centre.
