Very poor customer service thery are providing.. they told me an amount for a tour package and I paid half of the money in advance .. then the final payment time they charged extra money and I stuked in dubai because of there carelessness.. so before traveling ask from them a detailed printout of all expenses and the service. After reached the other country ,you cannot able to argive with them .

Very bad customer care... I had to get refund/ reschedule my international flight which was cancelled during the lock down... Since six months they either ask you to mail the details and in the mail they would give the same num and ask us to contact...the cycle continues
