Stellar Data Recovery - Kochi

My experience with Stellar Kochi office was very good. They put maximum effort to recover the data from one of our hard disks which was tampered with. They were able to recover the files in raw format. Since we wanted it with folder structure which was not possible due to the hard disk's hardware condition, they reimbursed the full amount which I paid as advance amount for this activity.nnThank you Sudhi Pranesh and the team for the support.

I had visited their branch in Edappally (Kochi) for recovery of data from my laptop hard disk. After 2 days of analysis, they intimated me that the head of the hard disk is damaged and quoted Rs. 32500/- plus 18% GST for the recovery. Not being ready to spend that much, loosing all my hope, I took my hard disk back.nLater at home, after doing some research online, I finally downloaded their own data recovery software from the website. Checked my disk and traced out the lost data. Upon the instructions from the online technical support team, I purchased the software license for Rs. 3499/- and could successfully recover all my lost data within a day.nI am using my laptop still with the same hard disk after performing a full formatting and reloading the data. It's been almost 20 days and I have never come across with any problem with the disk. (Of course I have kept an external backup).nnTotally disappointed with the response from Kochi Branch....
