Pathetic customer relationship management. Booked a car from AVS, got the sms confirmation and at the time of pick up they say that the booking is not confirmed and no cars are available. Highly unprofessional given the fact that it is a registered car rental service. Will not recommend the service to any of my acquaintances. Thumbs down!
