Was a bit apprehensive going here with all the negative reviews. But turns out, DDRC were quite professional throughout the process, from booking to collection of the samples. The place was clean, and staff sufficiently helpful. Yes, their phones were usually engaged. The most important thing is they returned with the results ahead of time!

Most worst diagnostic center. Long time taken to generate reports,. Actual one hour taken report. They taken 2 days.nnThey never attend phone calls. Thay treat as money machine not customer /patients.

Beware!! It's a a covid Hotspot.nnNo proper fumigation or sanitization is doing in the lab. They simply enters one by one into the testing area without cleaning the chair/area after each patients.nnI got affected by covid 19 after my first visit to this lab. My first test result got negative and after five days of my first visit here, real symptoms started showing off.nnThey don't have the rapid antigen test available there. They prefer only the RTPcr one which costs 1700.

Was apprehensive about going to this lab after looking at the reviews. It turned out be a poor experience indeed. The staff are very rude with no humane touch (male staff especially) as they know that the public will come irrespective of their attitude. I am not sure if the price charged is fair, the same test costs Rs 850 in Mumbai from SRL labs.
