The place is neat and tidy.The therapists are well mannered and cater to your needs.I had a Total Ayurveda experience package.The herbal stamp massage in the package is one to be noted.As advised by the manager,Warm compress is very essential for removing knots on shoulders and good for relaxing tense muscles.nMe and my wife had the best experience here at Ayurvedasanctum.
