Very unprofessional. We had an appointment at 7.30 to do the eyebrows and had specifically told them we had to catch a bus to Chennai at ,8. All the way from ernakulam we reached there to hear them say , no we can't do now. Only after half an hour. They could have called us instead of making us come there in the traffic rush. We could have done it elsewhere had they not given us the appointment. Very unprofessional and rude behavior, very disappointed.
