Zams Mall

It's a good place , but doesn't have many shops at the time great parking and security, I hope they add more shops , easily accessible always neat and clean

A good hangout place in town and has ample underground parking. Could see few good food joints/clothing stores. I visited only Reliance clothing.

Still under constructionn24-12-2020 updatenMall opened for public recently.nAs of now parking is free though parking space is very limited.nSmall mall and lots of businesses are still setting up their shops as I write this. Last time I talked to the mall manager, I was informed that most of the spaces in floor 0-2 have been sold out already, though most shops have not started their operations. Looks like covid 19 and economic slowdown are affecting their business plans. Hopefully, they should be able to take their operations to a full fledged mode by 3rd quarter of 2021 once the covid situation becomes fully under control. A small but major residential town like Paravur deserves more such malls anyway.

A good well maintained shopping in paravur. Parking here is absolutely free. Its not crowded. Most of the shops are still not opened.

First mall in North Paravur.. Yet not fully opened.. Still there are many shops and people are coming regularly.... Good building design and good ambience all over.. Must visit if you are to Paravur.. Situated by side of the highway and just by the municipal town hall... Parking is available and is absolutely free...
