I loved the stay at this place. It's comfy. The cost is quiet high but the customer service is really good. They do carter to all of your needs.

The hotel is outstanding. The food is great and the service is majestic. The reason I gave a four star is because of parking. I know it's in the middle of the city but this place clearly lacks good parking space. We went on a Saturday evening and struggled to get parking spot.This is not expected of a hotel which is highly rated and starred. Hope they find a solution for this

Definitely the best place to hang out in Cochin, blue rock bar with the live music was fabulous, Mr. Abhilash and team was also very helpful and welcoming!! Highly recommend

Had hosted a lunch for 10 in the cafeteria a month back. Staff was extremely helpful, and were flexible with creating a customized menu for the lunch. The food was delicious and the staff, friendly and courteous. Special mention to Aiswarya and Jibin for helping us with everything on the day.

We did a baptism function here... The service which provided was excellent... And they did an excellent recommendation on the seating arrangements while dining... Which enjoyed by all our guests... And at final about the food.. The food was excellent...I felt much better than other star hotels around Kochi... Coz others provide a mild level flavours to please the foreigner's taste buds... But here I get the authentic Kerala food.
Similar place
