A very good hotel with nice staffs and good food.. Good tasty desserts.. Nice ambience. I have worked here for a short period of time.. and honestly i just love this hotel.. everyone here are very friendly and we only give good food to our guests.. very clean and hygiene.. giving the guest best experience is the main aim .. housekeeping dept , kitchen , bakery , front office etc all in all we give the best service.. gokulam is located at kaloor and is the best centre. Having metro station at nearby.. centre square, marine drive , lulu , subash parks and all other spots are at nearby this location.. best spot ..

Went for dinner buffet at this place. The staff are very polite and friendly, good service and the food is very tasty. The price is worth for the buffet they provide. The chef stays along and explains the food items in detail. Very good ambience too!

Good location right next to Kaloor Metro station, so great place to stay if you plan to go around the city. We stayed in the Superior room which was quite spacious , clean and well maintained. Service was ok.nOne jarring note. We ordered a prawn starter at the bar, when it came, it was anbig disappointment. Not cleaned properly, very few pieces and unacceptable as a dish for that price. I hope it was a stray event and rare slip in supervision.

Nice hall. Will easily fit about 50 people. Reasonable rate. Their co-operation during covid is good

Nice stay with good dining options in the heart of city. Buffet lunch and dinner alsonavailable at reasonable price. Eventhogh options were limited complementary breakfast was also good
