Guys why can't you give a better service.. ATMs are down, bank servers are down, not even texts on payment updates.. Jesus Christ.. Why are you like this!!??

I had a very bad experience with this branch..not sure about the other branches..very disgusting attitude of the staff as if they are not at all for the service. Unfortunately went to this branch for a DD. Luckily I dnt have any account here..no doubt why people opt for new gen banks.

Extremely poor client relationship and poor man management. Some of the Bank employees give an impression that they are doing you a favour. Generally not a very conducive or friendly atmosphere to carry out your banking transactions
