The staffs are very helpful and polite . The office follows covid protocol , no one is allowed inside the office except the staff , all communications are from outside . All queries and transactions are done as quickly as possible, there is no parking space inside the premises ,but if you are coming in two wheeler you can park inside. There is a waiting space outside which has seats to accommodate max 12 people . For helping out filling application forms and stamps , a person is available there to help us , he is specially abled person ( it will be a help for him also ). You can come pay the land tax here timing 10 am to 1pm and 2 pm to 3:30 pm .

The Village Officer Uma maam is a very friendly and helpful person. She is always very jovial and with a helping mentality. Keep up the good work maam

went for a community certificate on 20/6/19.the village officer mrs uma menon was friendly and verified the application and gave the certificate in 10 minutes.i never expected such a fast and efficient service from our govt offices.lets hope all are govt offices are like this.

Ridiculously unfriendly employees including village officer. Beware that if you are paying the land tax directly in this office, you should carry the hard copy of the previous receipt. They will not accept the soft copy, if you show it in mobile phone for their reference. You will have to present at least a photo copy for paying your tax.
