The hospital staff were well behaved and friendly. They looked after my mother in her late eighties very well and offered all support. The doctors attending on my mother were extremely caring and put my mother at ease.

I was admitted under Dr. Venugopal to treat the fracture in my wrist. The surgery he made was not completely successful. He is poor in communication to the patients. The surgical expense was much more than that they were offered. Still I suffer from my wrist pain due to incomplete surgery.

To all nurses in the hospital and management. All the patients coming here pay their consulting fees. Don't consider them as someone who is seeking for free help. I believe the nursing staff are also supposed to be helping the patients in their need. In this hospital nursing staff shows more attitude than the doctors. Reception staffs are very irresponsible and behaves very bad to patients.nAuthority must take action other wise it will cause big issues.

Reception staff sitting there doesn't have the manners to speak to the patients... very pathetic dealings... if possible try other hospitals
