I've been availing the services of Renai for five years now and I'm happy to say that the quality of service in this hospital is on par if not better than most hospitals abroad. The staff are very welcoming with their distinctly authentic uniforms and the cleanliness within the premises is spot on.nNo one can go wrong with choosing this hospital.nGreat job Dr. Unni!

Excellent doctors with pathetic service. The doctor are some of the best available. Both the doctors and nurses have excellent conduct.nnBut the service is horrible for everything else. From the useless and uncultured security at the front gate to the nurses who have no idea about updates on patients...the service is very bad for what u expect from such a hospital.nnFood is canteen is better than that delivered in rooms.

Good hospital in the city. We were here for my wife’s second delivery, the staffs very helpful especially the nursing staffs. Overall we had a good experience. Definitely I will recommend.

One of the top 5 Hospitals in Ernakulam/Palarivattom, Quality wise and service wise it is the best. if we don't have an health insurance then we feels bit expensive, especially during time of admissions. They have a dedicated insurance department, that will take care of all the insurance related paper works (But most of the times a 5% to 10% charges were rejected by insurance that we need to pay from our pocket). Please avoid consulting junior's doctors from causality there knowledge is upsetting. Car parking space is too pathetic always we need to opt for pay and park. All together it is up to the mark and highly recommended.

Personally I am not recommending this hospital. Lack of room availability incase of urgency suitation. Cost of treatment is high with less friendly service. They are collecting money for car parking also.nnOverall: Hospital running in business mind.nnUpdate as per hospital feedback: Thanks for the feedback. The Doctors & Nurses are very good. I am happy for the service that I got from them.nBut I am giving some extra clarification for the point mentioned above.n1. The room management team suggested one room. When I went there it is not cleaned. So nursing staff arranged another free room, which already cleaned an hours ago. Also I verified some more are also free at that time. Why this room management team can't able to provide this room before. When I asked this, they talk like a harassing manner.n2. Second point, in hospital compound maximum 25 cars can park. For this big hospital is it sufficient? Every time I parked my car on paid parking area only. In my opinion you need to provide this car parking as free.nnConclusion: I liked the care that I received from doctors & nurses. But the patient management team should be more friendly because we are paying high amount in this hospital comparing to other hospitals in this same facility. So as a customer I expect that you will change mind & train employees.
