I can give a half star if Google helped me do so.nThis is the worst experience anyone could face. I did rtpcr test on 4th march 2021 at this hospital. And on 5th march morning when I contacted the laboratory,they informed me that the results have come out positive. I had gone to collect the results in the afternoon where they provided me with the report. When I checked the date it was the result of my first rtpcr which I took on 11th February 2021. It's only when I pointed it out they realised it and gave me the report of test taken on 4th March. And surprisingly it was negative.nnThis is not the way a hospital should function, especially while giving out the report of Covid tests.nnWorst management and poor quality of staffs. They themselves feel like they are running a super speciality hospital.

Good hospital with good doctors. I consulted for my pregnancy till 6 months and the doctors and nurses are really nice and caring. Dr. Annie she was my gynec and to be frank she was like my mother as caring I got .

Such a horrible service, plz treat patients with lil bit of kindness, theses PPL are not even answering if we ask for directions, sisters plz be aware ur behaviour, the service I got from you is juz disgusting.

Very very poor reception... They were didn't take any calls timely like booking and enquiry calls. Lot of time I had tried to booking, but they are failed to give proper reply or call back.

Very worst experience . I will never recommend this hospital to anyone. They don't take care of patients who admit for surgeries . For my mother , they didn't complete enough tests before surgery . didn't even consider the patient as a human being. Even though I raised complaint to PRO , they didnt take any action.And they initially tell a amount for surgery . But the final bill has huge difference . If you check the bill , you will see how money minded they are At the time of admission , they should have directed to their finance coordinater and inform us the expected amount . Then only we can arrange the amount on time .But they are really putting us in difficulty at the last minute to run for the money. Very irresponsible staff and management
