I felt that the hospital like my second home.... really the staffs are like our family members..... especially nurses and doctors...I was in the hospital for three weeks and I was very happy and healthy ❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f physio section is better anywhere in the city.... really appreciate the help of the staffs .....

For the longest time I had not visited Saraf hospital.nnHaving gotten used to seeing the mad rush in other hospitals, i suppose I had come to believe that is to be expected of a good hospital.nnSaraf on the other hand is relatively quieter, has adequate car parking and believe it or not right in the heart of the city. What follows is a review based on four experiences.nnI was referred to the hospital for an XRay. It was after sunset. Registration was smooth, staff were courteous and service was prompt.nnThe next visit was during early days of the Covid lockdown, when my wife had to be taken for a tetanus shot. Once again we were in and out in no time.nnThen there was the one time when my wife had to see Dr Sara Soge. The calm manner of handling my wife's case was very reassuring.nnPerhaps as patients thats what is required - a doctor who knows her job, takes her time to hear you out, allays your fears and reassures you.nnMore recently I had to go there when my son had a relapse of some allergy and having seen it occur before, we knew it was a short while before his breathing difficulties kicked in.nnDespite the additional process of noting down contact number (covid times), we got the registration done in minutes and when I explained the case to the PRO lady, she ensured we were allowed to see the doctor on priority.nnBased on these experiences, I have rated them 4/5. Delibrately not rating them a 5 because there is always room for improvement.nnI have also decided to go there whenever a need arises in the future until I am met with a terrible or an unfair experience. And when I am met with one such experience, I wont bat an eyelid to rate them down.nUntil then .... keep up the good work team Saraf.

A very calm hospital... Very spacious... Good parking area.

I went this place for getting an injection done, and if my memory serves me right i was depending on the same hospital since March 2020 for the same. I usually go to casualty for the procedure , and let me say i had a very bad experience from the nursing staff there. It is as per the staff's advice we do the payment for injection, sometimes they ask to pay Rs.15, sometimes Rs.150.. we wondered why they don't have a system for such activities.. n we enquired once at the reception and they gave us some lame excuses. And let me reiterate t, staff's in the casualty , n somebody said like she is the senior nurse over there, she literally pretends that she owns this hospital n we people who go there for minor procedures are treated like beggers.. this is not the right attitude .. customers need to be considered as God, atleast show human compassion.. it's is the basic rule for running any firm or business. The staff's over there literally need to change their attitude towards patients or people coming over there, especially that adamant nursing staff in casualty (Princy ) . The other staff whom i met in casualty was pretty ok. And she is the only reason why i am posting this review. We are coming there, paying money for whatever service we are availing, so atleast try to provide decent service ..nPoor nursing service.... Unprofessional attitude..
