very very poor service I called the branch to enquire about Fast tag , the lady who took phone asked me which branch I am having account . She without hearing my query kept on asking me to call in the Branch which I have having my account. What kind of service is this? At least should hear our query..

Very poor service, Don't go for this bank, average employees just like 1947 model

This branch is located at a walkable distance from the Lulu mall. However, there is very limited parking available, max. 2-3 cars can be parked but there are always so many bikes parked around that it's better you find some other place to park before even reaching here. The staff are all very helpful and well-behaved, unlike some other branches. There is an ATM right next to the entrance. THE PROBLEM: problem is that they never pick up the phone. Two landline numbers are given in the SBI website and they do ring, but the call just gets connected to some other number and you just sit there listening to it ring again. Eventually the call gets cut off and you end up paying for the call. It's a good way to penalize customers who dare to disturb them by calling. Nobody except the bank manager responded to calls on their mobile numbers, either.

i applied for the atm card replenishment before 1 mnt still didn't get.and when i visit again after 1 month they are saying me to fill up the new form and it'll take 10 more working days what is this rubbish,i have to go out of the state after 3 days and i dont have atm card thank u sbi.sry for bad English
