First of all let me thank Team Zwagg for giving me a wonderful platform for Health and Fitness. My association with Poornima Viswanathan began since 2017. I joined there not to reduce my body weight but to keep my body Fit and Healthy. Being a lady in my late forties I do had mood swings due to hormonal imbalance which usually all women face at that age. In 2017, my husband also joined with me to give me a companyud83dude04. But later we were surprised that he has reduced 9 kgs within 6-7 months.. After joining Zwagg for me the results were really surprising. Workout, friends, get togethers, outside Zumba and fun all helped me to gain more energy and confidence levels. And what more, we took our daughter to Zwagg to experience the fitness sessions, positive vibes, friends, happiness etc at Zwagg.nZwagg is not only a Fitness centre but a Happiness centre for our familyud83eudd70. Thanks to team Zwagg for initiating Online sessions during this Pandamic which shows their Commitment and Professionalism. I didn’t have such a good experience. I joined Zwagg just to be back in shape and to reduce some kilos but I found no change. It was waste of money for me. There are certain things to keep in mind, if u wish to join Zwagg, either u have paid for an year or like months, Poornima doesn’t care about your goals, she just claims this place to be a fun place after she gets the payment. Before that, she will make all false promises, sh is not bothered to give u extension of days no matter what happens either u r on vacation for a month and got no chance for online classes but she will not listen & also sometimes she is so rude and has no sense to deal with a customer. She treats it like a school in which she is ruling.nnI had paid for 3 months and for 20 days I went to Delhi for vacations with family & I had no time for online classes so I asked Poornima to give me extension. Not only she refused but also she sound so bad with me in front of everybody present there. Then I approached another partner of Zwagg, he said that he will talk to her for her behaviour and about the extension but nothing happened. In fact she told everybody that it hardly matters to her if anybody leaves. She will get new customers ud83dude02 my goodness. Her behaviour is something u can’t deal with & it was really an embarrassment for me.nnAlso’ from the date of joining the Zwagg, I was keeping on asking Poornima to get a weighing scale but every time I ask her and she has no response for it. They guys don’t even bother to buy this important instrument to keep on check if there is some change in you. It hardly matters to them.nnMost importantly, she won’t tell you about the registration fees, once u have paid the entries charges after 10 mins . She will send her girl to ask for the registration which she never mentioned to anybody. Every time she does the same with other members also. The same situation happens with everybody and every time.nnIf your ever try to complain about anything like AC and else, nobody would listen. And yes she hardly switches on AC but she charges for it. Just think before your spend. It’s your money and Zwagg is not worth it.nnI would not recommend to anybody who really want to loose weight & also keep in mind about your money.nnAnd yes! About Zumba, songs are always same like every time. No change in months.nn2 stars, I gave only for Antony and Amal . Both the instructors are really good. Antony really helped me.

I had been training with Poornima since 2015. Later, when I relocated from Cochin, her class was something I missed the most. And last March, when she started online classes, I was overjoyed. I gained a lot of strength and flexibility from the mix of classes which Zwagg offers. I have lost a few pounds, but more than that I always feel energetic and fresh throughout the day. I always look forward to working with the instructors who understand our health conditions and give us individual attention. Zwagg is not just a fitness studio, but the entire team of instructors and all the folks who workout with me are like a big family to meud83dude0a
