A very good gym. Good equipments and trainers. The trainer's know what they're doing and genuinely helps their clients get better. They make sure they give individual attention to every single person that requires it. This makes a huge difference if you are a beginner.

Excellent training. Trainers are well educated. They also provide diet suggestions. The gym plans are affordable and worth every penny. They're also available on broid app. Excellent facilities and we'll maintained equipments.

This place is one of the best in Kochi. The trainers are so good that u don't even need personal training. That's what makes this gym different from other gyms in Kochi. I've been to other gyms where trainers just wont attend u to make u take up personal training apart from the usual high fees.
