Courtesy and warmth of the Staff is good..nKnowledgeable of the product...nBrand wise its good..But comparatively bit expensive than other competitors.. especially I m looking for King size bed which is almost bit higher side ..I could understand some work n design but when I see the product..I don't think soabout price difference...

Closed at earlier than 7.30pm. Staff left early, disinterested in closing sales...nn---nnRating amended.nnRevisited another day well before closing time, staff were prompt and helpful. But hope, they don't turn away last minute customers. Or, ammend closing times accordingly. Thanks for the prompt response.

Very good customer service but it's very hot inside the showroom even though there were many air conditioners inside.
