The officers are really helpful, and very prompt in taking required action. Would like to express my deep gratitude especially to Rajesh Sir.

It all depends on who calls them. Politically tied up locals are the only ones who receive their instant support. It's a shame that we tax payers expecting such support get led down from the very ones who are in charge of law and order.
