Quick and Professional. It's a very busy place , but the personals in there are commited to serve you in a professional and swift way. There might be a huge crowd , but they don't make you wait any longer than you have to.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I was not sure about the procedures for changing my wife's personal details in passport. The staff actually took the pain to go through the things and also completed the bookings even after the actual working period; and that too in a lockdown situation. Payments made for the token via Google pay which was awesome.

I haven't been there personally, but I found them extremely cooperative and understanding, because I got Kerala Domicile done for my daughter staying in WB without any hassle( special thanks to Benson who helped with timely guidance)
