Absolutely unprofessional pharmacy and staff. We placed an order for medicines at 9.45 am this morning for covid patients at home and it's 5.30 pm now and they still haven't delivered the medicines. We have called them so many time and they keep saying they have a lot of orders and hence the delay and kept promising to deliver in an hour. Our only submission to them is why commit a time if you know it's going to be late. They should have informed us that it will be late so that we could make some other arrangements. When I called them just now and told them that if the medicine is not delivered in the next 10 mins then we will send it back and some male staff who answered the phone said fine no problems. He was not at all apologetic and rather cocky..so please if you need medicines urgently I recommend that you don't even bother placing an order with them. Shame on you guys!!!

Extremely disappointed experience with the salesperson!!! Brought an air purifier from them and it was not working at home. Due to lockdown , it was hard to get to the shop and yet got the worst experience ever, they wouldn’t replace the product and kept fighting back.nAnd it was this particular guy who was rude and stubborn. These kind of unprofessional staffs tarnish the reputation of the shop.nSo frustrated after all the hurdles I went through to replace the faulty product.

Called to enquire about walkers for my dad. The call back was prompt so was the detailing. Plus reasonable discount of 10% !

They are providing a good service with a better discount also. 10% discount is provided in medicines. Welso is also providing home delivery for which there is an WhatsApp number, u can place order to them. A small parking space also available in front of the shop.

It is a high quality medical store with the good service's.
