Did a service here last month and ended up losing my fog light and kit prior the service. When enquired they don't have an appropriate answer to it .The management blames the customer , when they don't have a camera set up in the workstation to monitor the mechanics etc .

Writing this review because of the customer satisfaction delivered. I had given my ford endeavour for a part replacement before lockdown and unfortunately had to keep the vehicle there for two months due to the immediate lockdown. I have to thank Mr. Biju Paul for being very responsive with every phone call and query I had. He always kept me up to date with the progress and as soon as the lockdown got lifted, he finished the work and returned the vehicle. Normally you have a bad time with service executives not answering calls other than during work hours but Mr. Biju did not give me a chance to complain. Thanks to people like him, customers are at peace when their vehicles are not with them.
