I recently visited Malayalam Ford Service Centre at Madavana Jn Ernakulam. Carried out some service of my Ford Endeavour. Really have to appreciate the service rendered and continuous updates given by Mr. Shabeer - Service Advisor and Mr.Jijo - Service Supervisor. They really shown what customer service is. Well explained about the works which are to be carried and more over they are listning to my minor concerns and requirements .nTruly great experience.
