Hotel Prime Palace

It looks great from outside but the room is less spacious maybe it may have suits also but for our price the room is good but it would be great if it spacious. The problem.in this is bathroom door is visible to people in the room so thet they can see through the door. so first make an enquiry in the reception and then check in.

Worst experience ever! Please don't go here. Manager is a rowdy! He threatens and asks for more money. He asked me to pay 300 rs extra after I booked it online. Please please don't go here! Parking area is horrible that your car will get severe damage as parking area is so deep and steep down there. Worst experience in my life!

Nice stay with friends.. Booked 2 rooms at reasonable price... Service is decent and staffs are friendly.. Only con is avg parking area.. Rating 4/5

Looks great from the outside and even from the reception. But I feel this is more of a glorified lodge. I chose this hotel because it was very close to where I am currently for business.nInitially, the parking was quite tight and difficult, The road leading to the parking entry had some work going on, and was all broken up, owing to which it took me around 5 minutes of turning and reversing to finally get the car in.nThe rooms was seemed quite old and broken, apart from being small and congested. The knob of the bathroom door was broken, and instead of fixing it they had installed some a hook to keep it latched to the door frame. The sheets and towels looked dirty and old. There were stains on the sheet, and one of the pillow cover was torn a little. The room was sprayed with a strong fragrance that it felt nauseating in the beginning and took some time for me to feel settled. The cupboard's mica seemed to be coming off, and they had fixed it with cellotape, which was plastered all over it. The air conditioning was good though, and the TV seemed to have all the essential channels if you're interested in it. The Wifi was around 6Mbps although it seemed a little unstable. I didnt stay for breakfast and got myself out of the hotel as early as I could.nOverall, I did not find the stay comfortable owing to the low hygiene standards. Although its only 1K for a night, you would expect better standards from any hotel, especially at this time of the pandemic.
