The sheer fact that you keep people waiting in que for minutes just to catch a ferry back to fort kochi is not fair.nThink of some other alternatives and try to increase the frequency of ferries.nLet not the time of people be wasted standing in que for long.nHad a very bad experience here in Boat Jetty Complex, Ernakulam
