they r running such a big center and building new and more buildings....but they cant manage a phone attender...during corona they can do this work from home also. cant even manage 3 good quality phone lines. someones eating up all the money. no after purchase support. only there for taking money for admission and leaving students. no students council also because they know students will demand good service if they allow. 50% percent students discontinue because of their attittude and babudom. another useless central government initiative.

Our RCC and study center.. Most helpful and systematic, with good staff, convenient infrastructure, and most safe with covid19 protocol

If you try to get any service by phone calls, you will be disappointed. But when you go to this place straight, you will get a good service. The staffs are very cool in here.

They never answer the call. Its so frustrating. If i was able to give 0 star rating i would use that. IGNOU is an open University so it should make means of communication via phone or mail possible otherwise its difficult for students to reach there.

Called in their number for a normal enquiry, received such a rude and irresponsible response from a male voice who didnt reveal the name. Never expected such a rude behaviour from an employee of an elite educational institution of the country. Worst telecall service from the guy whoever answered it.
