Speed post and all facilities are there but the staff interaction with customers are very bad.nDon't start post office banking from puthencruze they will not having any idea regarding that. Im saying because i had started an account and intimated them to transfer some Money and i had been waited for 1 months for that. The peoples there are not friendly all are aged staff and doesn't know the value of customers.

Puthencruz post office upgraded to MDG and Provides Speed post, Registered Post, Parcel ,Rural Postal Life insurance, SB, TD,RD,MIS Accounts and changing in to Banking system soon....
