Five star hotel with ambient facilities. Courteous staff and good services. Good food and variety of foods and drinks. Will sure visit again The stay was awesome. Staffs were very polite and welcoming. Loved the ambience, arrangements and food. perfect in all aspects. Loved it !!! ❤ufe0fud83dudc4d

This is an elegant hotel! Room service has an unlisted number. Hospitality is almost impossible to teach. It’s all about hiring the right people. You people have done it... Our Stay in Hotel Holiday Inn was very comfortable. Reception area was impressive with good set up. Reception Staff were very cordial and handled our Check in and Check Out Process efficiently. Room was just adequate for me. Furniture & Linens were of very good Standard. All the other Staff from Room Service, etc. were very friendly. Food was tasty. Overall a very good stay with Hotel Holiday Inn

Rooms are neat and excellent. There can be a little more aesthetic touches to take it to the next level.overall the service is mind blowing. The services from the staff was superb. Well maintained professionalism. I would suggest like the sofa provided can have a better looks. But overall very pleased and will visit again.

Ambience was good.room was superb. well maintained clean and hygienic. Great Breakfast. Great Dinner. When compared to other hotels of a similar grade.One of the best hotels in Cochin.The location is great and very near to Lulu mall and other centres.My stay was comfortable.

Nice ambience.nFood taste is average nowadays,however there is long list of items to choose from.nShortage of staff,however well mannered.nWell priced for a 5 star hotel!
