Indian Naval Maritime Museum

It's a wonderful place to know more about Indian Navy. Also there are some artifacts telling stories of past. There are various antique pistols. There are models of India's major warships and aircraft carriers which I think are of mostly decommissioned ones. There are turrets, uniforms of cabin crew. Everything is informative. Nice place to show your kids.

This is one of the best place to visit in fort kochi. It is place where you can see the Kerala maritime history and Indian naval history and war equipment. The staff are very cooperative and explained everything in details.

Indian Naval Maritime Museum showcases models of warships, submarines, torpidos and other weapons that Indian Navy uses. It also has a real amphibian helicopter of Indian Navy. A detailed history of Cochin Port, Bunkers made by Dutch invaders and Indian Navy. It also showcases different badged for different ranks. Every Indian must visit this place and get educated about Indian Navy.
