It's high time for the authorities to renovate this bus station. This is one of the main bus stations in Kerala itself. It's located in a good location with easy access to all facilities, some amount of maintenance work will be highly appreciated! good washroom facility is also required. This bus station is an embarrassment in front of the clean metro stations. Many other smaller bus stations are looking way better than this. So it's time for the change!! 2 stars only for the good location.

Ksrtc is yet to have a professional touch. Still the staff are supportive but yet to pick up the professionalism. Still reliable mode of transport

Feels like an abandoned place. Unpainted and unhygienic building and surroundings. When darkness falls ,you can't be here without fear. Even at noon corridors lacks light. No minimum infrastructure for a bus station. No bus bay .No proper waiting room.nHelp desk is not all friendly. Many parts this station don't have proper lights. I think people of Ernakulam don't care about this worst condition of the station. Another fact is, all shops inside this station are selling same brands of beverages which are identical to brands but may cause severe health issues during traveling.
